VIDEO CASE STUDY: Seven Network Australia on how NEP’s TFC Platform is Transforming their Use of IP in Broadcast

Melbourne, Australia

|

July 1, 2025

TFC was developed by NEP engineers to solve their own challenges harnessing the power of IP 2110 in a broadcast environment. NEP recently announced that TFC is now available as a service to be used in any broadcast facility across the industry.

Seven Network Australia chose the TFC broadcast control platform to orchestrate their new all-IP facility in Melbourne. Having seen TFC in action at NEP’s Andrews Hub in Melbourne on their AFL and Cricket broadcasts, expanding TFC into Seven Network’s facility was a natural extension for their users.

In this video case study above, see how Seven Network's technical and productions teams are transforming their IP workflows and setting a new benchmark for agility and efficiency in live production.

NEP is incredibly proud of its collaboration with Seven Network, and we thank them for their trust and partnership. Thank you to Seven Network’s Trent Dickeson,Chief Operating Officer, Andrew Anderson, Director of BroadcastOperations, and Chris Spalding, Specialist Broadcast Engineer, for sharing their insights and expertise.
